If there is leakage inside the stainless steel ball valve, it can be solved in the following ways:
1. Check the valve limit and solve the internal leakage problem by adjusting the limit.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of grease, slow down the injection speed, and observe the changes in the pressure gauge pointer at the outlet of the grease gun.
3. If the above method still cannot stop the leakage, inject valve cleaning fluid to clean the valve seat and sealing surface of the stainless steel ball valve for at least 30 minutes, and for several hours or days if necessary, and wait for the solidified material to dissolve before taking the next step.
4. Re-inject grease and intermittently open and close the valve to discharge impurities from the back cavity of the valve seat and the sealing surface.
5. Check the stainless steel ball valve in the fully closed position. If there is leakage, inject enhanced sealing grease and open the valve cavity to exhaust at the same time.
If the above methods cannot solve the leakage inside the stainless steel ball valve, then the valve should be replaced.
