Ways to make stainless steel ball valves less prone to rust:
1. After the ball valve blank is finished, the pickling should be rinsed clean. If perforations and sand holes are found, they should be welded with gas shielded argon arc welding, and then polished and solution treated.
2. After the finished product is processed and pressure tested, rinse with water added with rust-proof powder.
3. Pack stainless steel ball valves in wooden boxes.
4. Regularly maintain stainless steel ball valves after installing pipelines.

You can apply lubricating oil to the valve stem of the stainless steel ball valve;
Open and close the stainless steel ball valve appropriately.
