1. Corrosion resistance
Stainless steel ball valves have excellent corrosion resistance and will not wear or rust, but compared with copper ball valves, copper ball valves have higher corrosion resistance, and their switching operation is smooth, labor-saving, and will not leak.
2. Temperature
Under the same pressure environment, stainless steel ball valves can be selected if the medium temperature is below 80℃, and copper ball valves can be selected if it is above 80℃.
3. Price
The material cost of stainless steel ball valves is lower, and copper ball valves are more expensive.
4. Applicable materials
Stainless steel ball valves are suitable for controlling the flow of fluids such as water, air, steam, oil, mud, liquid metal, various corrosive media, and radioactive media; copper ball valves are suitable for general working media such as water, acid, solvents, and natural gas.
