The parts of the stainless steel ball valve must be inspected and processed before installation. Next, the steps will be explained in detail:
1. According to the processing requirements, some parts need to be polished, and there should be no processing burrs on the surface.
2. All parts must be degreased.
3. After the degreasing of the stainless steel ball valve is completed, pickling and passivation is carried out (the cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus).
4. After pickling and passivation, it should be rinsed with pure water, and there should be no residual agent (this step is omitted for carbon steel parts)
5. Each part should be wiped dry with non-woven fabric, no lint, etc. should be left on its surface, or it should be blown dry with clean nitrogen.
6. Use non-woven fabric or precision filter paper dipped in analytical pure alcohol to wipe the parts one by one until there is no dirty color.
7. Purge the assembled stainless steel ball valve with nitrogen for at least 1 minute.
8. The air tightness test must be carried out with pure nitrogen.
9. After passing the air tightness test, encapsulate it and seal it with a clean polyethylene cap. The polyethylene cap should be soaked in organic solvent and wiped clean before use.
10. Then seal with a vacuum bag.
