The stainless steel ball valve has the advantages of reliable sealing, simple structure and convenient maintenance. It mainly relies on the rotation of the valve core to make the valve unblocked or blocked. The operation of the stainless steel ball valve only needs to rotate 90° and a small torque to close tightly.
The following are the precautions for the installation and operation of stainless steel ball valves:
①Rinse the stainless steel ball valve when it is fully opened.
②After the stainless steel ball valve is connected to the pipeline, the flange connecting bolts must be cross-locked with the specified torque.
③ Before connecting the stainless steel flanged ball valve to the pipeline, it is necessary to clean up the residual impurities inside.
④ During the installation of the stainless steel flange, the actuator part of the ball valve cannot be used as the lifting point to avoid damage to the actuator and accessories.
⑤Before installing the stainless steel ball valve, the whole machine should be tested according to the specified signal, and the installation can only be done after passing the test.
