1. Before installation, check the stainless steel ball valve, check its specifications and models, and identify whether there is any damage, especially the valve stem. And remove the sundries in the valve.

3. Compressed air can be used to blow away iron oxide chips, welding slag and other sundries. Because these dirt will not only scratch the sealing surface of the stainless steel ball valve, but also large particles of debris (such as welding slag) will easily block the stainless steel ball valve and make it invalid.
4. During installation, the sealing packing (line hemp plus lead oil or polytetrafluoroethylene raw material tape) should be wrapped on the pipe thread, and should not get into the stainless steel ball valve, so as not to accumulate in the valve and affect the flow of the medium.
5. Careful attention must be paid to the installation and construction process, and the stainless steel ball valve made of brittle materials should not be hit by all means.
6. When installing, pay attention to tighten the bolts symmetrically and evenly.
7. When lifting, the rope should not be tied to the handwheel or valve stem of the stainless steel ball valve, so as not to damage its parts, it should be tied to the flange.
