The inspection steps before and after assembly of stainless steel ball valves are as follows:
1. According to the processing requirements, some parts should be polished, and there should be no defects such as processing burrs on the surface.
2. All parts should be degreased.
3. The stainless steel ball valve should be pickled and passivated after degreasing. Note that the cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus.
4. Rinse it with pure water after pickling and passivation, and prohibit any chemical residue on the surface.
5. Use a non-woven cloth to wipe each part. No wires and hairs should remain on the surface, and clean nitrogen can also be used to dry it.
6. Use a non-woven cloth or precision filter paper dipped in analytical pure alcohol to wipe each part until there is no dirty color.
7. The assembled stainless steel ball valve can be purged with nitrogen for at least 1 minute.
8. The airtight test must use pure nitrogen.
9. After the airtight test is passed, it shall be sealed and sealed with a clean polyethylene cap. The polyethylene cap shall be soaked in an organic solvent before use and then wiped clean before being put into use.
10. Seal with vacuum bag.
