How to solve the problems in processing stainless steel flange

Some problems need to be understood and paid attention to in the processing of stainless steel flange:
1. Weld defect: the weld defect of stainless steel flange is serious. If manual and mechanical grinding is used to make up for it, the grinding trace will cause uneven surface and affect the appearance;
2. Uneven grinding, polishing and passivation: pickling and passivation treatment shall be carried out after manual grinding and polishing. For workpieces with large area, it is difficult to achieve uniform treatment effect, and the ideal uniform surface cannot be obtained. There are also its disadvantages, such as labor cost and high cost of auxiliary materials;
3. Scratch is difficult to remove: the overall pickling and passivation will cause chemical corrosion or electrochemical corrosion and rust in the presence of corrosive medium, and the impurities such as carbon steel and spatter adhered to the stainless steel surface due to scratch and welding spatter cannot be removed;
So how to solve the problem of stainless steel flange processing?
1. Select blanking and enter the next process after completion. Different stainless steel workpieces enter the corresponding process according to the processing requirements;
2. During bending, the tool and groove used in bending shall be determined according to the size on the drawing and the thickness of stainless 304 seamless steel pipe. To avoid deformation caused by collision between products and tools is the key to the selection of upper die (in the same product, different models of upper die may be used), and the selection of lower die shall be determined according to the thickness of plate.
3. In order to weld firmly, punch a bump on the workpiece to be welded, so that the bump can be in uniform contact with the flat plate before power on welding, so as to ensure the consistent heating of each point. At the same time, it can also determine the welding position. It is necessary to weld. Adjust the preloading time, holding time, maintenance time and rest time to ensure that the workpiece can be spot welded firmly.
