1) Floating ball valve
Overview: That is, the sphere is in a floating state. The ball will have a certain displacement under the action of the medium pressure, and it will be pressed tightly on the sealing surface of the outlet end to ensure the seal of the outlet end.
Features: Simple structure, good sealing.
Application: Widely used in medium and low pressure ball valves.
2) Fixed ball valve
Overview: That is, the sphere is in a fixed state. The sphere does not move when it is under pressure. It is equipped with a floating valve seat. When subjected to medium pressure, the valve seat will move, so that the sealing ring is pressed tightly on the ball to ensure the seal.
Features: The upper and lower shafts of the ball generally have bearings, and the operating torque is small.
Application: Suitable for high pressure, large diameter valves.
3) Elastic ball valve
Overview: That is, the sphere is in an elastic state. An elastic groove is opened at the lower end of the inner wall of the sphere to obtain elasticity. The sealing ring of the ball and the valve seat is made of metal material, and the sealing specific pressure is very high. The pressure of the medium itself cannot meet the sealing requirements, so an external force must be applied.
Application: Suitable for high temperature and high pressure medium.
According to the position of the channel, it is divided into straight-through type, three-way type and right-angle type.
Among them, the three-way ball valve is divided into T type and L type.
The T-shape can only connect three orthogonal pipes, cut off the third channel, and act on diversion and confluence.
The L-type can only connect two pipelines that are orthogonal to each other, and cannot maintain the interconnection of the third pipeline at the same time, and can only be used for distribution.
According to the composition, it is divided into one-piece type, two-piece type and three-piece type.
