It is very important that the assembly of the stainless steel ball valve must be sealed and preserved. The specific process is described below:
1. The installation workshop must be kept clean, or a temporary clean area must be built, such as using newly purchased color strips or plastic films. It can prevent dirt such as dust from entering during installation.
2. The operator must wear clean cotton work clothes and shoes, a cotton cap (do not let the hair leak out), and wear plastic gloves.
3. The tools used in assembly must be degreased and cleaned before assembly.
4. The assembled stainless steel ball valve should be purged with nitrogen for at least 1 minute.
5. The airtight test must use pure nitrogen.
6. After passing the airtight test, seal it with a clean polyethylene cap, soak it in an organic solvent before use, and then wipe it clean.
7. Seal with vacuum bag.
8. Packing.
