1. Natural failure
Some stainless steel ball valve seals are always in the medium, and the seal failure of the ball valve will occur when the service life of the sealing element is exhausted.
2. The pressure fluctuation at the pump inlet is large
If the inlet pressure of the stainless steel ball valve pump is too small, the pressure in the cavity will suddenly decrease, and the liquid in the sealing cavity will flow back into the pump cavity, causing the sealing surface to dry and rub against, which will generate huge heat in a short time and cannot be taken away, resulting in burning of the sealing surface. Then the sealing surface of the ball valve will fail; and when the pump inlet pressure is too large, the sealing pressure will rise and exceed the tolerance range, which will cause the sealing failure of the stainless steel ball valve.
